Outreach and Engagement program provides supportive, community-based case management services to assist in navigating the emergency shelter system and to ensure access to basic needs for all.
This program focuses on supporting those who are unhoused in our community, living in places not meant for human habitation. Through skilled interventions and kindness, we build trusting and productive relationships with our clients and work toward permanent housing solutions.
Those who are experiencing homelessness and who require assistance navigating the shelter and/or housing systems, can visit our Coordinator in the Milford Public Library from 10:00am-12:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays or contact the Center at any time for an appointment.
